GW Project Manager (environmental technology for power generation / cogeneration)

As part of the business development of Elemont ecOnstruction, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. Te ecOnstruction team belongs to the Elemont Sp. z o.o. group and has been developed to adapt technological solutions to the growing needs of environmental protection. Our company provides general contracting services in the field of environmental technology for municipal and industrial energy, the application of solutions to increase energy efficiency, such as flue gas treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants and first of all cogeneration sources of energy. We carry out our projects mainly throughout the country, currently in the Silesian and neighbouring voivodships .
 

The terms of reference for the position include:

  • Comprehensive supervision of the entrusted project from the stage of preparing the budget and schedule to the final settlement
  • Ongoing control of the financial and quality indicators of ongoing projects
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with entities involved in contract implementation
  • Ensuring efficient use of resources and timely implementation of projects
  • Supervision of the compilation and keeping of records
  • Working closely with the site supervision at all stages of the project
  • Patronage of company procedures, including OHS and ISO
  • Ongoing cooperation with superiors at all stages of project implementation

 

We expect:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing large (over 35 million) PLN multi-discipline construction contracts on behalf of GW
  • Degree in engineering
  • Knowledge of the English language at least at the B1 level
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, MS Project, CAD software
  • Willingness to work in business trips (most projects are concentrated in the Silesian and neighbouring voivodships)
  • Driving licence cat. B
  • Independence, communication skills, openness, initiative, very good organisation of work
  • Knowledge of construction law and Public Procurement Act, as well as FIDIC, commercial law is welcome
